After reading all the positive reviews of this unit I decided to go with
it, the selling factor for me was the quiteness and the cfm rate for
the money which is as advertised. I was very happy for about 3 months
before it started leaking. I continued to use it for another month until
because it was just a slow seep really. It continued to get worse so I
finally got a replacement head unit for customer service at no charge. I
will say it was pretty simple dealing with them also. The selling
factor for me was the quiteness and the cfm rate for the money which is
as advertised. Now I have reached 3 weeks past the 1 year warranty and
the motor assembly burnt up. I then email customer service just to see
how much a new motor is for it to determine whether I should fix it or
go with a new compressor. No response from email so I then call and to
my surprise they do not sell replacement motors. REALLY? WTF. all they
sell are the guts to the motor. Thats just crap in my opinion. At this
point I think they should help out a little more. I am just 3 weeks past
the warranty and now stuck with a boat anchor. I would expect maybe a
little help in getting it repaired or some advice on what to do. But
again I was wrong.
I will say they did tell me they were sorry. I dont think I believe them btw.
So
yes the machine will do what they say it just doesnt seem to have a
long life span. In fact the online store I bought it from no longer
sells this brand.
